1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use truthvisibility.com (the "site") or buy from us. Truth Visibility ("we", "us") operates the site. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

2. Products

We sell the Truth Visibility™ Complete System as a Hardcover Set and as an eBook Set. We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours and images on screen may differ slightly from the printed books.

3. eBook licence

When you buy the eBook Set, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to download and read the files for your own use. You may not copy, share, resell, upload or distribute the files. For copies for a team or organisation, please contact us about team orders.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are set in US dollars and may be shown in your local currency for convenience. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure payment providers.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the site and in our books, including text, images, models and the names Truth Visibility™, Stability Threshold™ and Return on Visibility™, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce or reuse it without written permission, except for short quotations with credit.

7. Not professional advice

Our books, site and tools, including the recognition check, are for education and reflection. They are not legal, financial, audit or other professional advice. Decisions you make for your organisation remain your own responsibility.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
