What we ship

We ship the Hardcover Set within the United States and internationally. The eBook Set is delivered digitally and is never shipped.

Delivery times

• United States: usually 3 to 5 business days.
• International: usually 7 to 14 business days.

These are estimates. Carrier delays, customs checks and public holidays can add time.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs for US and international orders are calculated at checkout, based on your address.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are paid by the buyer and are not included in the price or the shipping cost.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation, with tracking details where the carrier provides them.

eBook delivery

After payment, you receive a download link by email. If it has not arrived within an hour, check your spam folder, then contact us.

Delivery address

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, contact us and we will arrange to reship it. Reshipping may carry a shipping charge.
