We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order before you complete checkout.

eBook sales are final once the files have been downloaded. If you have trouble downloading or opening your files, contact us and we will help you get access.

Hardcover Set: damaged, defective or lost orders

If your Hardcover Set arrives damaged or with a printing defect, or does not arrive, email us within 14 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date). Include your order number and, for damage or defects, a photo. We will send a replacement at no cost to you. If a replacement is not possible, we will refund the purchase to your original payment method.
